Follow the steps below to configure Rendr rates within the Bespoke Shipping app and ensure accurate quoting across your Shopify store.
1. Install the Bespoke Shipping App
Before you begin, make sure the Bespoke Shipping app is installed in your Shopify store.
You can find it in the Shopify App Store.
2. Launch the Bespoke Shipping Wizard
- Open the Bespoke Shipping app.
- Launch the built-in configuration wizard to begin setup.
3. Navigate to the “Rates” Section
Within the wizard or main menu:
- Go to Rates.
4. Add or Edit a Rendr Rate
You can either:
- Create a new rate, or
- Modify an existing Rendr rate you’ve already set up.
5. Configure Your Rate Type and Carrier
When editing the rate:
- Set Rate type to Live rate from carrier
- Set Carrier to Rendr
This ensures that live dynamic quotes are requested directly from Rendr using your connected account.
6. Enter Your Rendr Credentials
Enter the credentials provided by your Rendr Success or Support team.
These are required for authentication and for pulling live delivery rates.
7. Using Multi-Store Selection (Optional)
If your Rendr configuration uses Multi-store Selection, where Rendr dynamically chooses the optimal fulfilment location:
- Ensure Return Rates From: Closest Store is selected.
This allows Bespoke Shipping to request location-aware quotes.
8. Map Your Shopify Stores to Rendr Store IDs
Under the Shopify Store ID mapping fields:
- Add the Rendr Store ID for each location.
- You can retrieve your Rendr Store IDs from the Rendr Dashboard.
This ensures Bespoke Shipping correctly associates your Shopify locations with your Rendr fulfilment network.
You’re All Set
Once saved, your store will begin returning accurate, real-time Rendr delivery rates powered by your Rendr configuration.
