From the Rendr Portal login page, enter your email address and select the "Forgot password?" link.
Note - if you're already logged in, you'll need to log out first.
An email will be sent to the your address. Click the link in the email, which will take you to a screen to input a new password.
Once you've updated your password, you're all set to sign in!
You will also receive an email to confirm your password has been successfully updated.
