Managing Click and Deliver Orders

Rendr's Click and Deliver product makes it even easier for merchants to provide an exceptional Surprise and Delight offering to customers, conveniently delivering click and collect orders within minutes, a few hours or on the same day.

How does Rendr Click and Deliver Work?

Rendr's Click and Deliver widget can be embedded in your Click and Collect email or SMS template.

When a customer's click and collect order is ready, the customer will be notified and be able to select Delivery by Rendr to see how quickly their order can be delivered!

One of Rendr's reliable delivery providers will be notified of a new delivery, and come to your location to collect the order on behalf of the customer.

New Click and Deliver Notification

If a customer opts in to have their delivery collected by Rendr, we will notify your store via email.

The customer would have selected a delivery time that suits them, and have paid for the delivery via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Card.

Additional notifications can be configured on request by contacting your Rendr Account Manager.

Reviewing Collection Details

Collection details such as the assigned partner's consignment number can be found on your Rendr Merchant Portal.

This includes consignment number, and estimated time of collection.

Additional details about the delivery such as the name and address of the customer, line items and delivery type can be viewed on your portal.

Steps For a Successful Collection

One of Rendr's delivery partner's will come collect the delivery on behalf of the customer. They will generally have all information about the delivery include customer and order details.

• Confirm the delivery provider has accurate information about the order including order number, customer name and delivery location.
• Pack the items safely, securely and otherwise appropriately for delivery.
