Location is not updating
If the location icon is not updating frequently and your order appears to be stuck, do not worry.
Driver location is based on updates given by the allocated carrier so it may be the assigned provider only gives an updated driver location when there is a major status update.
Keep an eye on the tracking page for updates such as order approaching where the driver location will update.
What is 'Verified Carrier Live Tracking'?
Orders where the geolocation of the driver is provided will have a tracking source of Verified Carrier Live Tracking.
In these cases, you will see the location of your order being updates as frequently as every 10 seconds to less frequently and only when the status changes.
What is 'Offline Carrier Tracking'?
Carriers that do not support any live tracking will have a tracking source of Offline Carrier Tracking.
The status of the order such as collected, approaching and delivered will still be visible on the tracking page, however no driver icon will be available.
