Before submitting the request please ensure you have communicated with the recipient and advised for them to attempt to locate the parcel at the delivery location.
Submitting a Request
If your order is lost or damaged, please request a refund in your Rendr Delivery Dashboard.
On the specific orders page, you will see the option to Request a Refund to which we'll ask some preliminary questions to steadfast the refund process.
Upon successful submission you will receive an email from Rendr to notify you your request has been received. Our team will be in contact within 48 hours with further queries if relevant and the outcome of the request.
