Refunds, Returns and Cancellations are all possible, as long as the products are in good working order and are not damaged. Please refer to our ‘Returns & Refunds’ page to see the refund policy of each retailer.
Customers are refunded for the reasons below:
- Missing items - the customer didn’t receive an item
- Incorrect items - the customer received an item but it was not as ordered
- Incorrect orders - the customer received an entire order that was incorrect or not theirs
When items are missing, we’ll refund the customer the sales price of the item (including tax/GST) at the time of the order. If an entire order is incorrect, the customer is refunded for the sales price of the entire order (including tax/GST) and the delivery fee.
Items purchased on the retailer’s website will follow their respective return policy, which can be found on the store site or by contacting the retailer.
Items purchased on the Rendr app will require the customer to provide the store with their Rendr order receipt to have a return/refund issued.
