How does Click and Deliver work?

Click and Deliver by Rendr allows you to conveniently have your click and collect order delivered to your doorstep within minutes, hours or same day.

This can all be completed within only taps or keystrokes, saving you the trip to the store.

Accessing Rendr Click and Deliver

When your click and collect order is ready, merchants will generally notify you via email or SMS that you can collect your order.

Participating merchants will include a Rendr Click and Deliver widget on their 'Ready for Collection' email. 

Press this button to complete the Rendr Click and Deliver journey and see how quickly your order can be delivered!

Available Delivery Times

Once you have selected Click and Deliver from the merchants email or SMS, all the delivery information will be automatically populated on Rendr's booking page.

Merchants are able to set if you are able to update your delivery address. This can be completed by pressing 'Edit address'.

Once your address is confirmed, select the time you would like your order delivered.

Available delivery options, services and cost are all dependant on factors such as distance, product dimensions and merchant preferences.

Available services may include:

Rendr Fast	30 minutes - 3 hours
Rendr Flexible	Same Day / Next Day
Rendr Standard	Overnight / Interstate

Completing Payment 

Once your delivery time has been selected, you will be able to view a summary of the delivery and complete payment via Apple Pay, Google Pay or Card.

When payment is complete, the delivery will be booked and one of Rendr's delivery partner's will be allocated to the delivery.

The store will be notified you have opted in for Rendr to collect the delivery on your behalf.

Tracking Your Delivery

After payment is successful, you will be able to track your delivery as it progresses along the journey. You will receive a range of communications via email and SMS from Rendr with order updates, along with a receipt for your payment.
