The Locations tab in the V2 Delivery Dashboard allows you to view, create, and manage all of your store locations. From here, you can update addresses, operating hours, pickup instructions, and contact details to ensure deliveries are correctly routed and customers receive accurate information.
⚠️ Location Permissions Required
Access to the Locations section is restricted to users with the appropriate permissions. Certain actions such as creating or editing locations require elevated access rights.
If you do not have the necessary permissions, please contact your Head Office or Rendr Support for assistance.
Viewing Locations
Navigate to the Locations tab in the Delivery Dashboard.
Use filters to view locations by status: Active, Pending, or Disabled.
Search to quickly find specific locations.
Only the locations you have access to will be displayed.
Creating a Location
Select Add Location.
Fill in the required fields including address, contact details, and hours.
Submit the location for review.
Newly created locations are set to Pending status. Once activated by Rendr, location will be active.
Managing Location Details
Address Management
Update addresses via autocomplete or by manually entering fields.
When an address is updated, you’ll be alerted that all future deliveries will be collected from the new location.
Geolocation
Adjust coordinates directly on the map or via manual latitude/longitude entry.
Operating Hours
Opening Hours: When your store is open for trading.
Pickup Hours: When drivers can collect orders (often earlier than store closing).
Special Hours: Custom trading hours for public holidays or events.
Note, to set a location to 'closed', the open at and close at should be the same value.
I.e open at: 00:00, close at 00:00
Pickup Instructions
Add or edit specific pickup instructions for drivers.
Contact Details
Update the store’s contact name, phone, or email.
Status Management
Each location has a status that controls its availability for deliveries:
Active: Location is live and available for delivery allocation.
Pending: Awaiting activation by Rendr.
Disabled: Location is inactive and not used for deliveries.
Status changes will trigger automated email notifications to store and brand contacts.
Notifications & Workflows
Whenever changes are made to a location, the system automatically triggers notifications via email to the relevant store and brand contacts, including the below events:
Address Updated
Operating Hours Updated
Contact Updated
Pickup Instructions Updated
New Location Created
Status Changed
