If a delivery has been returned to the store or could not be completed, you can create a Re-Delivery directly from the Delivery Details page.
This guide walks you through the full process – from accessing the original delivery to submitting the new Re-Delivery request.
1. Navigate to the Delivery
Login to the portal

At the top, use the search bar to navigate the order using:
Delivery Reference
Consignment Number
Customer Name
Click into the relevant delivery to open the detailed view.
2. Select “Create Re-Delivery”
At the bottom of the Delivery Details page, click the Create Re-Delivery button.
This will open a new workflow that pre-populates important details from the original delivery.
3. Review & Update Delivery Information
The Re-Delivery page allows you to review and adjust the necessary fields before creating a new booking.
What you can update:
Customer Details (if required)
Delivery Address
Parcels / Items (quantities, dimensions)
Special Requirements

Pickup Window / Ready for Pickup Time
If a time in the past is selected, the Portal will show a warning, update this to a future time to proceed.
4. Adjust the Collection / Pickup Time
Scroll to the Collection section.

Choose a valid Ready for Pickup date and time.
The system will not allow bookings if the selected time has passed.
Once updated, available delivery options will automatically refresh.
6. Review & Submit the Re-Delivery
Once you have selected your desired delivery option, scroll to the bottom of the page.
Review the updated details.
Click Review Changes.
Once you have pressed Review changes, you will be prompted to accept Rendr's Terms of Service and you can give Authority To Leave on the order (if ticked, the order will be left in a safe place by the driver).
Then press Confirm Re-Delivery and the Portal will then create a new delivery job, linked to the original one, and return you to the updated Delivery Details page.
7. What Happens Next?
A new Re-Delivery reference will be generated.
The delivery will move into its normal booking flow.
You can track progress from the Live Orders or Booked section in 'Manage Deliveries'.
