Firstly, install the Bespoke Shipping app from the Shopify App Store HERE
1. Overview
The Rendr + Bespoke Shipping integration allows you to display Rendr’s live delivery rates in your Shopify checkout using the Bespoke Shipping rate engine.
Once configured, Bespoke Shipping will request real-time delivery quotes directly from Rendr and show them as shipping options for your customers.
This integration helps merchants:
Offer accurate, real-time Rendr delivery pricing at checkout
Control how Rendr delivery rates are presented in Shopify
Support multi-location fulfilment with store-aware quoting
Reduce manual shipping rate setup and maintenance
After the integration is connected:
Shopify sends checkout delivery details to Bespoke Shipping
Bespoke Shipping requests live rates from Rendr
Rendr returns available delivery services and pricing
Customers can select Rendr delivery options during checkout
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have the correct accounts and access.
What you’ll need
A Shopify store with Admin access
The Bespoke Shipping app installed
-
Rendr credentials provided by Rendr Support or Success:
Client ID
Client Secret
Tenant ID (if applicable)
Store IDs (for multi-location setups)
2. How It Works (High-Level)
The integration connects Shopify checkout rates to Rendr through Bespoke Shipping.
Shopify passes the customer address and cart information to Bespoke Shipping
Bespoke Shipping sends a live rate request to Rendr
Rendr returns delivery pricing and service options
Bespoke Shipping displays those rates at checkout
If multi-store selection is enabled:
Rendr can choose the closest or optimal fulfilment location automatically
Rates will reflect the correct dispatch point
3. Installation Steps
Step 1 – Install the Bespoke Shipping App
Before configuring Rendr rates, make sure Bespoke Shipping is installed.
Log into your Shopify Admin

Step 4 – Add or Edit a Rendr Rate
You can either:
Create a new Rendr rate, or
Modify an existing Rendr rate you have already set up
Click Add Rate (or select an existing rate)
Choose Edit
Step 5 – Configure the Rate Type and Carrier
When editing the rate, set the following fields exactly:
Rate type: Live rate from carrier

Client ID
Client Secret
Tenant ID
Field meanings:
Client ID: Identifies your Rendr connection

⚠️ Keep these values private. Do not share them publicly.
Step 7 – Enable Multi-Store Selection (Optional)
If your Rendr setup uses Multi-store Selection (where Rendr chooses the best fulfilment location):
Locate the field Return Rates From
Select:
Closest Store
This allows Bespoke Shipping to request location-aware delivery quotes.
Step 8 – Map Shopify Locations to Rendr Store IDs
If you have multiple Shopify fulfilment locations, you must map each one to the correct Rendr Store ID.
Find the Shopify Store ID Mapping fields
Enter the Rendr Store ID for each Shopify location
Success looks like:
Quotes are returned from the correct fulfilment location
Step 9 – Save Your Configuration
Click Save or Apply Changes
Once saved:
Your store will begin returning accurate, real-time Rendr delivery rates at checkout
4. Configuration
Live Rate Behaviour
With Live Rates enabled:
Pricing updates automatically based on address, parcel size, and service level
No manual shipping table maintenance is required
Multi-Location Consequences
If Store IDs are not mapped correctly:
Rates may be returned from the wrong location
Delivery pricing may be inaccurate
Orders may be assigned to the wrong dispatch point
Always confirm mappings before going live.
Rollback Instructions
To disable Rendr rates in Bespoke Shipping:
Open Bespoke Shipping → Rates
